From September 23 to 28, the LOC will set up reception stations at Weihai International Airport, Weihai Railway Station, Weihai North High-Speed Railway Station, Weihai Bus Terminal, and Weihai Port to provide free pick-up and drop-off services for all event participants. Please be sure to inform the LOC of your arrival details — including train/flight number, arrival time, number of persons, and number of bicycles — by September 15, so that reception arrangements can be made. If the required information is not provided and pick-up service is not reserved as stipulated, the LOC will not provide transportation service.
