From September 23 to 28, the LOC will operate reception stations at Weihai International Airport, Weihai Railway Station, Weihai North High-Speed Railway Station, Weihai Bus Terminal, and Weihai Port to provide free pick-up and drop-off services for all event participants.
To ensure proper arrangements, please submit your arrival details — including train/flight number, arrival time, number of persons, and number of bicycles — to the LOC no later than September 15.
Please note that if the required information is not submitted and the pick-up service is not reserved in advance, the LOC will be unable to provide transportation.
